Mr. Carter is the Keynote Speaker for the 2021 Louisville Photo Biennial, his Keynote address will take place at the Speed Museum on Friday, September 24 at 6 pm. KORE Gallery will host their annual Black and White Show for the month of September The show will consist of over 100 local artists and approximately 200 works of art.
