Thursday: Plan your Open Studio experience with The Open Studio Weekend Pregame tonight from 6 - 8 pm at Logan Street Market. Examples of selected artists’ work will be exhibited and Keith Waits will conduct a Q&A with them in the events space.
THURSDAY: The University of Louisville opens the Fall 2024 BFA Thesis Exhibit tonight in the Schneider Hall Galleries. A reception will be held from 5 to 7 pm.
FRIDAY: The 2024 Open Studio Weekend Juried Exhibition at the University of Louisville’s Cressman Center for Visual Art will have a closing reception tonight from 5 to 7 pm.
FRIDAY: KMAC’s Vernissage marks the opening of Chapter 3, Be Home Before the Streetlights by Gee Horton, The Tulips are Too Excitable by Tiffany Calvert, and the Aqueous USA exhibition. Vernissage will also be presented in conjunction with a special Trunk Show in the KMAC Shop featuring the work of Monica Zamora.
