THIS WEEKEND: The Louisville Ballet, in collaboration with Waterworks Dance Theater LLC , presents "Shakespeare in Dance" – their first LIVE performance since February 2020 – as part of the Kentucky Shakespeare Festival in Old Louisville's Central Park!
NEW: Surface Noise hosts an Opening Reception for "Adaptations: New work by Rita Cameron." Friday night.
NEW: KORE Gallery has a show of Geoff Crowe, painter, and Mike McCarthy, sculptor in stone. The show will run through August 29th.

NEW: Mellwood Art Center features a show of new work by Maureen Hagerman — Maureen Hagerman Abstracted.

NEW: August Transitions - New Work by Corie Neumayer with Guest Artists: John McCarthy, Norman Spencer, & Suzy Hatcher is open at Pyro Gallery.
NEW: John Brooks' second solo show "We All Come and Go Unknown" is open at Moremen Gallery.
NEW: The University of Louisville’s Hite Art Institute presents Witness and Testimony, an MA Thesis exhibition at Cressman Center curated by recent graduate, Cathy Shannon
